Frances Lodge Windsor

A contemporary boutique B&B in an excellent location, just a few minutes walk from Windsor Castle and the town centre.

Alison Brooke

Wife to Zinzan, Alison created the perfect balance while working closely together to create Frances Lodge. Managing and sourcing beautiful finishing touches and creating all the interior design for each bedroom and communal space, she has left no stone unturned. You can't help but admire every aspect within, even down to uniquely designed Maori designed door keys!

Marcia Hogan

No B&B would be complete without a friendly face and a welcoming smile. Whatever you need - a sewing kit, a spare toothbrush, roses and champagne on arrival - Marcia is the lady to ask. From booking your stay to sending you on your way, she is here to ensure you enjoy every moment of your stay.

Aysha Hyndman

This chef just relishes a challenge! Creating a multitude of breakfast and snack options to cater for all, she simply lives and breaths food. Nutritionally trained, she understands the very essence of what it takes to create a breakfast that will sustain the Windsor visitor until lunch. Aysha's aim is simple, to make your stay as scrumptious as possible, so please feel right at home when informing her of any allergies or special requirements you might have and she will have the perfect ingredients.

Zinzan Brooke

After watching the muscle and brawn battling it out on the rugby pitch what better than returning to your own luxurious space to unwind and enjoy the Windsor surroundings. This was Zinzan's vision when the idea for Frances Lodge was born. If you're here to watch the races, rowing or rugby, Frances Lodge is your oasis of calm from the hustle and bustle of the crowd. Combining his knowledge of the building industry and the finer things in life, you are welcome to join him on the Frances Lodge pine decking for a fresh fruit breakfast smoothie.
