Hand-picked and flown in from New Zealand, Zinzan's home country, this qualified chef will make your mouth water! As well as shopping for the finest ingredients every morning for your breakfast and breakfast juices he has an affliction for making cakes, 'Anzac' biscuits and muffins. So ensure you come to Frances Lodge with a hearty appetite and follow your nose to the breakfast area where Logan will be happy to take your order.
