Payment

1. Room prices are all quoted in GB pounds sterling
2. Unless otherwise stated, the rate includes your room night and breakfast for the amount of people stated
3. VAT is included in the pricing and there is no service charge
4. Your reservation is guaranteed by the card details provided.
5. The full charge of your stay (minus any deposits) will be taken from your preferred method of payment upon check out. Should you wish to pay the full balance before you arrive, the payment details are on the attached booking forms.
6. Should you wish to cancel your reservation, we would require 48 hours notice and if not we will take payment for the first nights charge on all rooms booked using the card details provided.
7. If paying for your reservation by card please note the following fees apply. Debit, Maestro cards are all free. All credit, business and any international cards at 2.5%. International Maestro and AMEX at 3.5%.

Facilities

1. Your room will be available for you to use from 3 pm and should be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.
2. All our bedrooms and public areas are non-smoking
3. Car Parking is on a first booked, first served basis; if car parking is not reserved via the car parking section on this form, you may be refused this service upon arrival. Unless specified and agreed, you will be allocated 1 space per room.
